The Executive Director of the Mauritanian Higher Education Quality Assurance Authority (AMAQ-ES) Dr Mohamed Lemine HALESS held on 25th august 2022, a video conference with Prof. Dr. Muhsin KAR, President of the Turkish Higher Education Quality Council (THEQC)

The Executive Director of the Mauritanian Higher Education Quality Assurance Authority (AMAQ-ES) Dr Mohamed Lemine HALESS, in company with Dr.Sidi Mohamed SAYID adviser of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research held on 25th august 2022, a videoconference with Prof. Dr. Muhsin KAR, President of the Turkish Higher Education Quality Council (THEQC) in company with his distinguished staff . The acquaintance meeting was about the desire of both institutions of a mutual beneficial collaboration and the ways and means to enhance institutional ties between the AMAQ-ES and the Turkish Higher Education Quality Council. Both agencies believe that this collaboration will provide new opportunities to build significant and continuous international collaboration networks and alliances. In this regard both decided to take this valuable opportunity to sign a Memorandum of Understanding in Turkiye.
